Well, the window and door arrived today (no glass, but there’ll be something in its place) … that means that the back wall can come down … the interior archway had already been made bigger (See picture right).

Of course there had to be some issues … today’s was taht the gas pipe from the main supply wasn’t big enough to allow the boiler to go where we had planned it to be .. so that required some thinking and planning but in the end  the obvious solution was the best – swap the location of the boiler and dishwasher and shuffle some wok surface … excellent!
