So the show opened last night and closes tonight – that’s the way here as we can’t get a friday/saturday combo very often … sheesh … all that work for so few performances.

I have to say the whole show has come out well in the end but there is no real disguising the fact that its a pretty cr*p script! Fortunately, act 1 is a bit of Alan Bennett … act 2 is a triumph of style over content 😉

We did have an ad in the paper yesterday but no one in the audience we couldn’t name .. shame … still, it meant that the fact that the programmes had not been printed was less important – they already knew who we were!

Ho hum .. gonna take a break for a while after this …
