Lots of people turned up today, builder, gasman, kitchen fitter … and the changes were mega. We now have a cooker hood, cooker (in the kitchen rather than in the hall), fridge freezer (in the kitchen rather than the dining room), skirting boards, doors and more. Tomorrow, apparently, we get the toilet, lighting and everything hooked up so that it works!

Amazing how fast these people can work … very impressed.
