I have spouted off about this before but audience members using mobile phones are an ongoing problem … Gene David Kirk, Artistic Director of The Jermyn Street Theatre, recently had a go at anti-social audience members and I see now that Sir Peter Maxwell Davies, the Master of the Queen’s Music, has proposed that the “artistic terrorists” who use mobile phones during classical concerts should be fined – see full story on  the BBC or Reuters and Michael White’s comments on The Telegraph website.
