Well, a friend bought copies of Gee & The Elephant for her children and one more to donate to her daughter’s class. I am delighted to say that they rather took it to heart. It was read out loud and used to provide examples of homonyms, alliteration and tongue twisters.
Then today I receive 29 letters, one from each child, and it truly warms my heart – and yes, I plan on replying, of course. Each letter is on an A3 sheet with a picture of an elephant … they have really thought this through!
