Good to see the Urban Scrawl website back up and running in all its glory after a bit of an unplanned absence. If you haven’t ever visited it then do yourself a favour and pop over …. there are 53 original short plays on there, one for each station on the Piccadilly Line and including my own South Harrow.

Urban Scrawl, was an unique online audio drama project. A collaboration between Rose Bruford College, theatreVOICE, Theatre 503 and 53 writers including Mark Ravenhill (project Patron) and Laura Wade. Urban Scrawl was initiated by Dominic Cavendish, founding editor of theatreVOICE, and Gene David Kirk, then Programming Editor of Theatre 503, assumed the role of Artistic Director of the project.
